    What’s on my mind today?

    Mental health. It is a topic that I gravitate towards. Likely because my own personal mental health has been top of mind lately. I have walked the line for years teetering on the edge of “I am OK” to “I am most definitely not OK”. I advocate for getting help, a sounding board i.e. your spouse, a sibling or a friend; a tribe that you can relate to, or paying for the services of a mental health professional. I have at any given time, leaned heavily on all of these support systems. Another way I cope is to journal. This space is in fact a public journal. The Rita Records…
