My Background
I am a born and raised Californian, proud Navy Brat, wife, mom and so much more. My family lived in several locations in the far east when I was younger and I grew up for the balance of my teenage years along the west coast of the United States. I lived predominantly in Northern California and ended up starting my own family and settling in the Bay Area permanently. My immediate family is comprised of my husband, our son, and my mother-in-law. We have a three generation mixed cultured household comprised Armenian and Filipino Americans.
My Hobbies
I have a desire to learn and understand how things work. I hang out with my family. I am an avid "self-developer" and take genuine pride in learning new skills. I am committed to bettering myself, learning to love myself wholly and finding ways to express who I am. Some of my favorite interests are knitting, learning excel spreadsheet tricks, and finding incremental ways to be better than I was the day before.
My Favorite Things
I love to cook, eat, and watch all things related to food. I enjoy reading and listening to books - I have recently rediscovered my love of the library. I am also an avid journal keeper/writer. I am a huge fan of traveler's journals and fountain pens.
